How to Access the Manage Subscription page?
Once logged in, click on the account link from the main navigation menu. This should direct you to the Account Management home page. From this page, you should be able to click on "Manage Subscription".
How to view order details?
The next order date displayed is the date in which your payment will be automatically charged for the Farm Share subscription. The order delivery date would depend on your location.
- Every 3rd Saturday for Prattville including nearby areas: Millbrook, Deatsville, Marbury, Booth, Pine Level, Clanton, Wetumpka (Left side of Jordan Lake)
- Every 4th Saturday for Wetumpka (Right Side of Jordan Lake), Eclectic, and Montgomery

How do I update my payment method?
We currently accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, JCB, Discover, and Diners Club debit and credit cards. Please navigate the Payment Information section.
How to to update delivery & billing address?
The shipping address is where you order is delivered and the billing address is used to process your payment. Please navigate to the address and shipping information section.
How to manage upcoming orders?
This feature will allow you to skip an order or edit the quantity of shares desired. Please navigate to the manage upcoming orders section.
How to cancel subscription?
Should the need arise, your subscription can be cancelled at anytime. Please navigate to the cancel subscription section.
How do I navigate my account?
Simply click on any of the sections in the manage subscription page to expand each section and manage the details.
